Python script to rescale mapping scores to 1000 per gene (NB only rescales junctions that map to a single gene)
Updated installation requirements in Python environment to rescale scores by gene in BED file.
Fixed a typo in the Python_env_MARS.txt file (wrong name of rescale by gene script).

Added a new Python script 'rescale_by_gene.py' that takes the edited output.junctions.bed file from regtools_bed_by_celltype.py and rescales mapping counts for all junctions that fall within the same gene to 1000. This only applies to junctions that map to a single gene (junctions that map to >1 gene remain in the bed but are not rescaled). It also plots a histogram of the number of genes each junction maps to bed_gene_overlap_histogram.png.
Also updated Python_env_MARS.txt to add packages required by rescale_by_gene.py.
