Currently, the candidate themselves is also confidential. This prevents us from presenting the workshop and introducing other members of Hackerspace to them. In my opinion, this should be a core part of the application process.
There is also added information that the meeting or interview must take place away from the workshop. The reason for this change is to enable the candidate to explicitly say they would like to remain confidential. If this happens, the meeting takes place away from the workshop, so it won’t be an issue to actually keep it confidential. The people responsible may also ask the candidate for additional confirmation before taking them to the workshop.
