Update tree-sitter grammar to use the upstream faldor20/tree-sitter-roc repository now that modern Roc syntax support has landed. Syncs all query files from upstream and adds rainbow bracket support. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
