Phew thats a lot of work, thank you!
Could you please have a look at the diff of recipes, and make sure we're not updating anything unexpected (see comments).
I'd expect very little to change besides recipes that are new in VoE.
I wouldn't say no to two PRs, one like this and one with just the "refresh" without the new decoration recipes if that's easily possible, just so the big recipes is easier to parse.

@queicherius After reviewing all changes again: New Decorations, More infusion recipes (i see no harm), Some ascended ring recipes (again i see no harm), changes to a couple old recipes that were from merchants but now are mystic forge recipes, and new recipes. |

This took a bit because i cleaned ignored list and did from empty again to be sure of some stuff. Should help make other updates show no extra recipes.
