This PR adds InDom to the DevTools list.

InDom is a <4KB stack-agnostic modern JavaScript DOM library with:

automatic cleanup of event listeners and custom data when elements are removed,
ergonomic helpers for DOM manipulation and form handling,
plain JS, ES module, and TypeScript distribution formats.

No existing entries were modified.
