We need to wait until io.quarkus.platform:quarkus-bom:3.31.0 is released as a stable version. At the moment, only a release candidate is available. Once we update, we must follow the Quarkus 3.31 migration guide: https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/wiki/Migration-Guide-3.31 This includes a changed JUnit dependency path and some breaking changes related to accessing environment variables. |

A newer version of io.quarkus exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
