Prerequisite:

Background:

  • In preparation for moving to use DirectVerbs and DEVX, we need a way to distinguish how each qp / cq is created.

This PR:

  • introduces GDS_DRIVER_TYPE to gds_qp and gds_cq structs.
  • sets gds_qp and gds_cq driver type to GDS_DRIVER_TYPE_MLX5_EXP in the creation functions. Currently, we support only exp-verbs.

Presubmit testing:

  • compile and run on Summit.
