Updated the how-tos index front-matter to use relative children paths instead of absolute paths. This aligns with GitHub Docs conventions and ensures correct sidebar navigation and page linking.
Why:
The sidebar navigation for the How-tos section was not working as expected because the
childrenentries in the front-matter used absolute paths. GitHub Docs requires relative paths for section children. Updating these paths fixes navigation issues and ensures the section renders correctly.Closes: N/A
