Part of our efforts to keep supporting the @gygrobot account, this PR simplifies the workflow files, removing
explicit GYGROBOT_PR_TOKEN usage.
The validate-catalog-info workflow will use the implicit token.
The refresh monitoring workflow will be disabled.
The auto-merge workflow will inherit secrets and use a reusable workflow.
