Since this is a desktop application, this should also have an AppStream metainfo file so it can be picked up by the software centers.

Icons in desktop files should only be the base name of the icon file, without the extension.

Summary
This PR adds
mattermost-desktopat version 6.0.4.I've patched the
webpackconfig that tries to retrieve the git commit it's being built from to use the commit of the tag as it would infer it.Test Plan
I anstalled the package, connected to a Mattermost server, and successfully received and sent messages.
