First steps of managing things home manager can't do via Puppet

Sadly, there are things I cannot do on Ubuntu via nix. I still want these things to be declarative so I am doing them with Puppet instead.

Here is what I have done post-install of Ubuntu on my laptop that I want to do in this PR:

• installed Ubuntu 25.04
• switched firefox to deb version via mozilla apt repos
• installed 1Password via downloaded deb
• installed nix
• installed git & flatpak
• added flathub remote
• installed Kopia UI
• logged into Kopia and restored ssh keys
• cloned dots repo
• installed signal via their apt repo
• installed slack via snap store as it is the most promoted method on their site
• installed onlyoffice and libreoffice from flatpak
• installed ungoogled chromium from flathub
• installed vs code deb from their website
• allowed vs code to add apt signing key
• downloaded hack nerd font, extracted to ~/.fonts
• installed discord via deb
• installed fractal via flatpak for Matrix support
