📦 Dependency Updates & Frontend Refactor

Update all FuryStack packages to latest versions (including major bumps for @furystack/shades v12 and @furystack/shades-common-components v12) and refactor the frontend to adopt the new component APIs.

🔄 Changes

• Dependencies: Bump @furystack/shades (11→12), @furystack/shades-common-components (10→12), @furystack/rest-service (10→11), eslint (9→10), and minor bumps for other packages
• Layout: Replace custom Body component with PageLayout + NestedRouter, add collapsible Sidebar with Menu
• Pages: Redesign login (Card + Alert), hello-world (PageContainer + Typography), buttons-demo (PageContainer + PageHeader), offline (Alert + Typography), and init (css property + Typography)
• Header: Use DrawerToggleButton, NestedRouteLink; remove conditional Log Out (now only rendered when authenticated via Layout)
• Scripts: Rename test:unit → test across package.json, CI workflows, and docs
