This PR add following features:

  • Add PHP 7 support if we running ubuntu xenial
  • Divide PHP config on php-5.sh and php-7.sh to mantain compatibility
  • Add user feature to set witch user should run PHP
  • Add user feature to set witch user should run NGINX
