Added:

• checks for kube-system parts if they work properly
• creating a deployment using kubernetes api, checking if it works properly

Now, it has two things:

• one deployment smoke test
• one cilium basic test inside bdd-poc/cilium/
  there is a separate library in package cilium / cilium.go
  and one .feature file with separated Scenarios
  TO DO: configure whether from .json or os.Environ() the "work-folder" with admin.conf to run kubectl

We are getting more and more conflicts. But also traction on this project. We have to think about how we modularize it more, and how we want to build our library.
