This is a breaking change so will require a major version bump.

Can we create an issue in the workflow repo to recreate this action there?

reusable workflows are using git tags for "versioning". So after merging this PR, we need to make a tag 6.0.0 |

This resolves https://github.com/fastify/workflows/security/code-scanning/17 and https://github.com/fastify/workflows/security/code-scanning/18. None of our repos are using it anyway.
