Fixed TCP dependencies. Changed connection to utilize socket pool.
"adafruit_connection_manager" will need to be added to the CircuitPython library bundle.
"adafruit_wiznet5k.adafruit_wiznet5k_socketpool" will need to replace "adafruit_wiznet5k.adafruit_wiznet5k_socket" in the CircuitPython library bundle.
