This pull request aims to add some new options / modes that were previously suggested and make sense to have as an alternative to re-flashing the Nano each time.
The color modes overwrite the colors calculated from screen/spot color capturing

Planned Modes / Progress

  • Screen zones (the default ambilight behavior)
  • Static Color - set all LEDs to a specific color
  • Rainbow - similar to the "random colors" option, but with styles (wave, circle, ping pong)
  • Music - capture audio and change colors accordingly
  • Sleep - for when the monitor is off

Planned Features

  • Proper color input fields (alternative to sliders)
  • Auto mode switching (i.e. when an app is detected to be running)

I suggest you are better off starting with the dotnetcore branch. Also please read the updated readme :(

Feel free to make your own fork and continue doing what you do, good luck!

I was actually glad to get the project to compile at all, i had issues with the build tools all day ^^" #blameMicrosoft
My plan was to switch to the dotnetcore branch after adding some features, but only the future can tell how far i'll actually take the project.. i have considered doing a full UI redesign too (FluentWPF) but ngl the way it is atm is really easy to edit and add things ^^"
