I'm gonna merge this one because we keep hitting CLI rates and I think this will help reduce it by like 30%! |

This consolidates a few tests into one test so that we reduce API calls across our test suite and make it less likely we hit limits.
It moves a bunch of individual tests into one bigger regression test with some targeted checks on the output.
