fix #3

  1. goe:// URIs now support referencing repositories by name in addition to contract addresses.
  2. Updated parseGoeURI and related CLI commands to resolve repo names automatically via the Factory contract.
  3. Simplified documentation and examples to highlight name-based URIs alongside canonical contract address URIs.
  4. Backward-compatible with existing contract address URIs.
