Add Fastlane app metadata

Application description is very important. And it must be translatable to help for regular users to understand why they may need the app.
The F-Droid automatically gets descriptions and screenshots from a special folder:
https://f-droid.org/docs/All_About_Descriptions_Graphics_and_Screenshots

The folder just needs to be in the repository and during a next release the F-Droid will pick the descriptions.

I also added the translate.transdroid.org to the README to make it easier for people to understand how to translate.
Currently the domain is an alias to the https://crowdin.com/project/transdroid and this makes a browser nervous. Maybe we can just use the direct link to the Crowdin? Or the translate.transdroid.org should be an HTTP redirection.

Since the Fastlane descriptions are translatable then you'll need to add them to the Crowdwin project too.

I don't know if the search and lite won't be affected by the change. If they are build from the same source then maybe during a release they'll also get the same description. But in general I don't get why this app exists. The lite version was intended for PlayStore because they don't allow RSS, right? What's a problem with the RSS?
Maybe this two mini apps should be removed from F-Droid to not confuse users

The lite version exists because (many years ago) Transdroid was removed claiming it violated the terms of the Play Store service and hinting (but nothing more) it was due to the RSS and - more so - search features it offered. That's why I released the lite version without these features, as to be findable by new users via the store, yet offer the full app via alternative ways. Also, the Search mobile was split from the main app so other apps could use it (historically some have, but I doubt any do now). I should merge them into one app, really.

F-Droid was never on my personal radar much but I understand many are using it to install Transdroid. I think you did a good job with the PR, but I am also not looking forward to more files that I need to manually maintain and update with every release. Perhaps there shoudl be some automation for all this.

Thank you! This files will be translated on the Crowdin and it will send a PR that you just need to merge before a release. So you don't really have to maintain them.
All apps in the F-Droid have it and this helps for many users around the globe to find an app and understand it's features.
