MotionEvent.offsetLocation()call was not taking into account the ScrollViewpaddingTop(), which caused events to not be triggered correctly on the sticky view.This PR also updates project dependencies and structure, which were wildly outdated/nonstandard.
Are you able to review/merge and publish an updated version for this library with this fix?
