Reverse order of new episodes list to show latest first

Add descending to the orderby argument in CursorLoader. Just a small change that makes new episodes show up at the top of the new podcast list.

@brassington Hello and thanks for PR! Why do you prefer reversed chronoligical order? I'm asking because for me chronological order seems more natural. Please, consider adding preference option instead of hard-coding it

I am not the OP, but I have a use case as well. There are some podcasts that I always add to the playlist and there are some that I only add if everything else is already listened. Accessing new podcasts from the first category means always scrolling down a long list. Of course, a preference would be better than just changing the behavior.

Thanks @spaceChRiS, I figured if I was the only one that thought it was worth it, I wouldn't bother. But I can work on adding a preference if it's not just me that missed new episodes at first glance because they're at the bottom of the new episodes list by default.
