The coffeescript included with dieter is a bit out of date at 1.3.3. This pull-request updates coffee-script to 1.7, and includes relevant fixes to tests where appropriate. The only changes that needed to be made were white-space differences.
This also includes (not entirely related) support for livescript. If you would prefer separate pull-requests, please let me know.
