这个包含了前一个python-barbican的无关commit，另外python-cryptography应该是barbican的依赖，我看newton里的需求是!=1.3.0,>1.0，centos7上游提供到1.3.1的更新，应该可以直接用，不需要自行维护。 |

我看了下newton对应的neutron-lbaas，依赖也是一样!=1.3.0,>1.0，所以也一样可以直接用centos7提供的rpm包就好了啊 |

cryptography依赖python-pyasn1 >= 0.1.8， 我们环境目前是0.1.6．好像有几个模块都在用它．不过可以升级python-pyasn1 |
