Added Python-based ParaPower engine and also a flag to all macro files for all the test cases to define whether MATLAB should be used (or not). Related to Issue #11 .
All test cases are working. Random test cases were selected to compare the temperatures achieved using the MATLAB and Python versions of ParaPower and the results matched.
