This commit adds a new mini-project to the repository: a cricket scorer application. The application is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and it allows users to keep track of the score, wickets, and overs for a cricket match. The project follows the contribution guidelines, with the code in a `code` directory and a `README.md` file with all the required information. Unit tests have been added to verify the scoring logic.
