Fixed a small bug where some conferences were concatenated. Also added some missing systems and SE conferences and reordered them for better ranking. Another issue (currently unfixed) is that some workshop papers will be pulled in as main conference papers.

Fixed a tiny bug in Ed's script and added some missing top-tier conferences to the list.
A bug remains that the script is not filtering for "booktitle" but for the ID which includes companion volumes and workshop publications (as shown in ICSE and CCS for example).
