This makes the tests read the statistics and check that they match against the committed statistics CSV files. If a flag
--updateGoldenis set, the test writes the statistics instead of checking them.I don't really like golden data tests like this, but they're better than nothing, and it's tough to think of a better way to test circuit simulation.
