В целом, я ожидал на этом конкретно задании применении ложной реализации и триангуляуции, но очевидная реализация их исключила :(
В целом то всё норм, но названия тестов не соответствуют проверяемым вещам, если у тебя был тест "returns_true_for_4" очевидно что там не должно было быть проверки деления нацело - в таком случае тест бы назывался "multiple_of_4_is_leap_year" и содержал бы больше одного экспекта. а так получается маленькая врака
