Bumps grunt-exec from 0.4.7 to 3.0.0.

Release notes

Sourced from grunt-exec's releases.

Release a 1.0.0 version

Primarily to follow grunt version number (even though previous release was rushed to support the latest grunt). This doesn't follow semantic versioning of the grunt-exec package but has been suggested by the community and several other packages followed.

Actual release was 19a622c but only contained test gruntfile.js changes.
