I was bored and wanted to help modernize the packaging. I tested by doing a before and after build and the contents were essentially identical.
One notable difference: with this change the
tests/directory is no longer included. That seems good to me, but I could add it back if desired.Also, I based the package versions off this accepted PR: #236
