This PR is to add TCK Test Cases for the new version of the FEEL number() Function, which now supports a single string/integer parameter for conversion.
Added new test cases to the existing 0058-feel-number-function module, as both are FEEL number() functions, with the only difference being the number of parameters passed into the method.
