Adds support for:

libuuid.FastUUID('d7cfb958-8cb5-477c-b7ec-80ecaf1c8d67')

which is 2x faster than

import uuid
uuid.UUID('d7cfb958-8cb5-477c-b7ec-80ecaf1c8d67')
