Naver has modified their StaticMap API request URL to https://openapi.naver.com/v1/map/staticmap.bin Also, official documentation is now at: https://developers.naver.com/docs/map/overview/ get_navermap has been updated accordingly. Specifically, base_url, key_url, and uri_url have been corrected.

Naver has modified their StaticMap API request URL to https://openapi.naver.com/v1/map/staticmap.bin, which causes get_navermap to get a 404 error.
The proposed get_navermap has been updated to match current API specs. Specifically, base_url, key_url, and uri_url have been corrected.
Also, deprecated links have been updated including the official documentation and ToS.
