This PR adds support for Open Badges v3.0 by introducing a new IOpenBadgeCredentialV3 interface.

  • Created src/OBv3.ts with type definitions for OBv3.
  • IOpenBadgeCredentialV3 extends the existing IVerifiableCredential interface.
  • Defined initial OBv3 structures including IOpenBadgeSubject, IAchievement, IOBv3Evidence, and related supporting interfaces.
  • Focused on the core fields (credentialSubject.achievement and evidence) to provide a foundation for future expansion.
