Hello @eleniv3d , thanks for this PR! I just did some very minor modification unrelated but linked to the docs and I got rid of the image in .\diffCheck\doc\assembly-evaluation.rst because it was missing, mybe we it can be added later to the _assets folder but for now I merge so this nice tutorial can go online 🚀

Most of the things should be there!
There is some room for improving the inputs of the segmentation pipeline for the roof and the logs.
