Changed the relative pathing in this repository to use (automatically generated) absolute pathing, because the relative pathing didn't work for some situations. Absolute pathing is more robust.
Also added a camera streaming utility script and a Tactip image preprocessing utility, and grouped this together with the image_processing_utils.py in the utils folder.
To do is to add more customization to the tuning tool, such as camera settings like exposure.
