The build for aarch64 and python v3.14 fails : https://github.com/deepcharles/ruptures/actions/runs/19742465073

This PR removes this specific build.

Other builds work.

Once this is merged onto master I can run the GH Actions to build the release and upload to https://pypi.org/project/ruptures
