If the ng-table allows for filtering and sorting, sometimes you just want to export the page you are viewing. With this branch, you can then create two buttons like:
Export to CSV: <button ng-click="csv.generate($event, 'items.csv')" class="btn btn-default">Full</button> <button ng-click="csv.generate($event, 'items.csv', $parent.tableParams, true)" class="btn btn-default">Current View</button>
