Unfortunately I had to convert lidar_processors pcl type of PointXYZI to a user defined pcl PointXYZIR. This small but big change gives us the ring field to pave the way for ground mesh segmentation

Is this PR just for the point type change, or all of ground meshes?

My understanding is this PR is incomplete and the only change at this time is the point type.
