Is this PR just for the point type change, or all of ground meshes? |

My understanding is this PR is incomplete and the only change at this time is the point type. |

Unfortunately I had to convert lidar_processors pcl type of PointXYZI to a user defined pcl PointXYZIR. This small but big change gives us the ring field to pave the way for ground mesh segmentation
