Collection of simple improc tools.

staple - performs staple algorithm on a set of nrrds
thresholdimage - thresholds a nrrd to a specific value
logical - perform logical operations between two mask files
dice - performs a dice similarity coefficient comparison between two nrrds 
xoroverlap - performs an xor overlap comparison between two nrrds

compress - rewrites a nrrd as a compressed nrrd.
data_to_mask - rewrites a nrrd from float data-type to unsigned char data-type
