Initial trial-release of 2p TailTracker 15pt spine

First version of the tail tracker.

Tracker can do Image sequences (Just select the 1st image from a directory) or videos
Then choose the cvs where the tracking data will be saved.

Click and hold on the larva image to readjust the spine.
press r to start running the tracking
press p to pause
