This repository contains lightweight quality control (QC) scripts developed to support large-scale neuroimaging and behavioral datasets in lab and multi-site settings.
The scripts are designed to:
- Identify missing or malformed data files
- Summarize acquisition and preprocessing completeness allowing for flagging of potentially problematic datasets
- Flag outliers or anomalies prior to downstream analysis
- Generate human-readable QC reports for review by researchers and RAs
