Problem: Recently, we had to validate valid phone numbers from United Arab Emirates (UAE). For instance, the number '+971532314472' is validated in the libphonenumber demo application. Solution: Update the static data from libphonenumber (using the Rake task). I validated the phone number is now valid with `phonelib`.
