This changes allow to add a Callout to the Pin
Having the map rect often looks strange and maybe not useful for some applications. Now you can specify an outer Radius, so that a “Donut” arround the inner cyrcle is shown as selected

Basically the Callout mechanism is achieved by the new datasource protocol which is used in
Source/DBMapSelectorManager.m. The Sample Project is now adding a button and title/subtitle to the callout window.Then I've added the possibility to change the color of the PIN
I've changed a bit the project structure, so that the Example is adding the files already as a development Pod
