I Updated the codes, with adding some files as Als_Mahalanobis_Comparison.py, Generate_plots.py, generate_input_tensor.py and generate_initial_guess.py. All of these codes are added to the experiments branch. I also replaced the run_als_new.py, run_mahalanobis_new.py, with run_als.py, run_mahalanobis.py, codes. You can run Als_Mahalanobis_Comparison.py as the main file, for example Als_Mahalanobis_Comparison.py --s 50 --R 10 --k 10 --r 10 --R-app 10 --epsilon 1e-4 --num-iter 20 --alpha 1.1. Also I have updated the synthetic_tensors.py and arg_defs.py codes. In the synthetic_tensors.py codes see the lines 5-146 and 368-429 which are updated and in the arg_defs.py code the lines 11-51 and 698-725 are updated. Let me know if you have any questions.
