As per ctrlcctrlv#518 This should automatically be done by PHP, but for now, here's a dirty fix.

This should automatically be done by PHP, but for now, here's a dirty fix.
I didn't add it as an additional_javascript yet, as I still have my Advanced Download All PR up, which also edits instance_config.php.
