This is a master merge request to pull ctf/master 3 years back into the present, since I run into a lot of people still using the original ctf source, rather than the fork of the fork of the fork of the fork. This takes in all of the fixes going up to @psyreactor's fork that I've tested and contributed to. Those tests include tests using the PBIS Open public repository, rather than the Puppet file server, AND tests for compatibility with BOTH PBIS Open AND PBIS Enterprise.
