Release v1.1.1 (13-Oct-19)

The release contains the v1.1.1 code (Java and pipeline scripts) and demo files for the Java AW. The demo files for the pipeline can be obtained from www.agcol.arizona.edu/software/aw.

Release v1.1.1: (1) Improved error catching and trace output. (2) Speedups. (3) Allows 20 replicates per library instead of 4. (4) Fixed MariaDB related bug.

Release v1.0 (2-March-18)

This package contains a jar file, demo files and a README to build, query and view the database of results. The AW_pipeline is only available from www.agcol.arizona.edu/software/aw (the demo files make it 408M).
