In addition to original p2qrh functionality, this pull request includes the following:

  1. p2qrh -> p2tsh
  2. witness program: version 3 -> version 2
  3. tap tree: use merkle_root only (as per p2tr) and remove extra step
    of "quantum_root" hash

BIP360: Includes the following:

3.  p2qrh related integration tests
4.  deriveaddresses and getdescriptorinfo RPC functions now support
    qrh() descriptor
